Working alongside North Ayrshire Council this project will see the comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing three-storey traditional tenement building to create three modern, energy-efficient homes for social rent; two two-bedroom maisonettes and one attic flat.

Irvine Coastal Hub

The Coastal Hub project will deliver a high quality play area on Irvine's magnificent beach front, with a strong destination identity and direct links to the wider beach park including the historic Pilot House building. Catering for a wide range of ages, the play area will include traditional and natural play, an interactive environment, interpretation, skate park and pump track.
