Overview:
Project surveyor role within company you will have overall responsibility for the financial reporting and accountability of project.
Preparation of monthly report for discussion with company director you will liase with design teams, site managers and contracts manager.

Duties:
Financially manage projects from commencement to completion, including main contract and sub-contract valuations, variations and final accounts.
Procurement of best value sub-contractors and financial management of all services.
Assist value engineering of design and build projects in conjunction with company director.
Experience & Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have a good all round knowledge of pre and post contract surveying duties, qualified or part qualified, you will have ability to financially manage projects on own initiative with a sound knowledge of the construction process and JCT contracts.

Site Manager – Senior or Assistant

Overview:
Site management role within company. You will have overall on site responsibility for the delivery of projects to high standards of quality, time and cost objectives and safety standards.
Reporting directly to company directors, you will have ability to liase and form relationship with design teams, sub-contractors and Q.S.
Duties:
Overall responsibility for management of construction site. Quality and specification control, sub-contract and materials control, programming of the works.
Liasing with clients and design teams regularly. Health and safety of site in conjunction with company consultant, further training available.
Experience & Qualifications:
Good all round knowledge of site management duties and functions.
Technical ability essential and experience of managing labour preferred but not essential.
Working knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
